Karen Kennard is the Director of Training and Education at The Children’s Assessment Center (CAC) in Houston, Texas. The Children’s Assessment Center is the child advocacy center for Harris County addressing the needs of sexually abused children and their families. www.cachouston.org Ms. Kennard is the President of the Harris County Child Abuse Task Force Board, and a member since 2009.
