Shephali Perkins
Shephali Perkins has been a Court Appointed Advocate and Special Projects volunteer with Child Advocates, Inc. for 20 years. She has been a member of the Harris County Child Abuse Task Force for 19 years and has served the board of the HCCATF for 18 of those years as the community voice. Child Advocates, Inc. mobilizes court appointed volunteers to help break the cycle of abuse and guide children into safe environments where they can thrice.
